Shipping + Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept refunds or returns.

Damaged and/or lost packages need to be filed with the shipping carrier as we have no control over what happens during shipments.

​

We package each candle with care, though if your candle happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email kiwiie.info@gmail.com attached with a video of unboxing the package within 3 days of receiving it. 

​

We ship PAN India.
